Prenatal Massage

Massage can be customized to support comfort and relaxation during pregnancy. Both Targeted Therapeutic Bodywork and Relax & Unwind are excellent prenatal choices. A specifically trained therapist will be provided when you note that you are pregnant and how many weeks along you are at the time of booking.

Massage is really helpful when the musculoskeletal system is adjusting to changes in load and alignment created by your growing baby.
